Registration fees, admission fees, study material charges, and test series fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once paid.
Only the Tuition Fee component is eligible for a pro-rata refund, subject to the applicable refund timeline.
The date on which Rankneeti Edutech Private Limited receives the official written refund application at the center desk or through the official email will be considered the benchmark date for calculating the refund amount.
Students are eligible for a refund after deduction of ₹1,500 in non-refundable digital setup charges and applicable GST.
Fees are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.

Online Test Series (DLP) or Short-term Crash Courses
Online Test Series (DLP) and short-term crash course fees are non-refundable. Applicable GST and other taxes already remitted to the government are also non-refundable
Submit a written application signed by the parent/guardian at the center desk or via the official email, stating the reason for withdrawal.
To process a refund request, please submit the original fee receipts, the student ID card (if issued), and a cancelled cheque or bank account details of the parent/guardian.
Approved refunds will be processed through NEFT/RTGS within 15–21 working days from the date of application approval.
Refunds will be processed only through bank transfer. Cash refunds will not be issued.
All disputes are subject to local jurisdiction. Rankneeti Edutech Private Limited reserves the right to amend policies in accordance with institutional guidelines.
